• First, dive into a brief overview by Attorney Jeff Sansweet of Sansweet, Dearden, and Burke Ltd. in Wayne, PA - he will outline important legal components of the employment agreement.

• Next, we’ll discuss the perspective of a Chief or physician partner during the hiring process, with Dr. Jonathan Myers, Chief of Glaucoma Service at Wills Eye Hospital.

• Last but not least, we’ll wrap things up with Dr. Jason Flamendorf - a glaucoma specialist at Keystone Eye Associates - who will walk us through the new employee perspective
